It was not an easy task to narrow down my top 5 books to inspire writers. As a lifelong learner and I am always looking for books that will help me to become better a stronger writer. One misconception that I hear too often is that being a writer is all about spelling, grammar and content. There is so much more to learn about writing than was taught in school.
Books have always been my go to resource for learning. Learning today is different and can involve engagement with podcasts, blog posts and articles. I am still old fashioned and appreciate good books. I enjoy books that challenge my thinking and push me out of my comfort zone as a writer.
