Hi, I am Karen!
... and I love to write stories for children. It has been a dream of mine to write and publish a children’s picture book and now this dream has come true.
When I am not writing stories or reading books, you can find me in the kitchen baking. I love to bake cookies. Chocolate chips are by far my favorite.
I live on Long Island, New York and I am about an hour away from Manhattan. I am also not far from my favorite place, the beach. I love to collect different types of small shells that I keep in jars.

In my first college writing course I got a C because the professor did not like my writing.
I played the Glockenspiel in a marching band and I still play it!
